ABOUT THE EXAM

JIPMER MBBS Entrance Examination is conducted in the last week of May or 1st or 2nd week of June every year. The six centers are Pondicherry, New Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram.

The Examination to the MBBS course is of two and half hours duration, subjects being English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

The examination consists of 200 Multiple Choice Questions, of one best response type with 4 alternatives.

The evaluation is fully computerized and there is no negative marking.
